ok but high cost postage
Service was excellent. Only just received item so can’t comment until I’ve used it for a few weeks. On the negative side I struggle to understand the high postage cost. A small padded envelope and weight 30g would never cost £10 ???

In so far as the shipping costs, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that currently as it is automatically calculated by our logistics department. We can only hope that it will go down in the future. I kindly suggest you subscribe to our newsletter in order to stay up to date with any promotions/discounts we may be offering to knock some of that price off. Additionally, we do offer free shipping for all orders above £100, so if you are able to order in larger quantities that might be something to consider.
