Hi Dan, I’m sorry to hear that you did not receive your package in a timely manner. It usually takes up to 2 business days to dispatch the order and 3-5 business days to deliver. Unfortunately, due to higher volumes of parcels or cancelled/delayed flights delays may happen. Your parcel is on the way and should reach you in the next couple of days. We received your enquiry on Saturday. We reply all emails received during the weekend on Monday. Our customer care team has contacted you with order tracking details on Monday morning.
