My order can as indicated. It was packed well. I think that it should have been sent on ice being the product needs to be refrigerated. Unfortunately, the product isn't working for me. I won't be ordering anymore:(

For storing CBD cool, dry place without direct sunlight like dark pantries, cupboards, closets, and drawers are enough. I just received my raw hemp oil 15 today, and took 3 drops in a little bit of pomegranate juice because the taste is not all that great. I hope it eventually helps with the arthritis in my neck and right shoulder. I received it in a timely manner and it was packaged well.
