Dear Willy, We are sorry you find the taste of our RAW hemp oil unpleasant. Most of our customers get used to it after a while. The harsh taste on the back of the throat can be due to the chlorophyl and waxes that remain in our Raw products because we do not use heat to remove them while still retaining the CBDa Try keeping the oil under your tongue for a longer time, this increases the bioavailabilty and absorption and you won't be swallowing so much in one time. The oil will slowly mix with the saliva and you won't have such a shock to the throat. Also have a glass of water handy if you do swallow too early. You may consider trying our CBD capsules or Chewing gum. These products were designed specifically for people who wanted an easier delivery method without the hempy taste. You may also find that our 30% CBD extract has a milder flavour since this is heat treated and filtered many times. Our CDB suppositories are another good option. Dear Joan, We are very sorry to hear of your experience with Endoca drops. We always recommend that when starting taking CBD oil for the first time you begin with our lower strength drops. The CBD drops you took are our one of our stronger products. Cannabinoids like CBD affect each individual differently, its important to start with a very weak dose and gradually work upwards and if you notice any negative effects then reduce your dosage or stop taking CBD for a while. CBD has a biphasic response which means at different doses it can have different effects. for example low doses can make you very alert and high doses can act like a sedative. CBD affects the adenosine receptors, similar to caffeine. It is good that you followed the advice of your doctor and friends. Sometimes it takes your body a while to adjust to CBD especially if you are particularly sensitive. This kind of reaction occasionally occurs with a very small number of our customers.
