Have been using this product for a few months now with my chemo and have been pleased. Never had an issue with service either till now. Have been trying to place an order, both my husband and me, for a week. Won't go through. CC company said it's not them, you say there is a bank transfer link on the order page and can't find it, husband calls and it goes to voice never an answer for the phone and never a callback only robo email to say "try again". What happened??????? Hate to look elsewhere but running low.

Visa card wants cannabis/hemp to be illegal and frequently shuts down the credit card systems hoping that this way they can stop people from using cannabis extracts. Website doesn't work for credit cards purchases. Telephone support directs you to other websites to purchase Endoca products listed under other companies. A disappointment.

There was a shipping issue with my package, so it arrived later than expected. When I called Endoca after not receiving it, they let me know what was going on and when to expect it. I received an extra gift for the trouble and I really do appreciate it. Thank you!
