Do you mind updating this review to let us know how you feel our products have improved your quality of life after you are able to try it out for a few days? For dosing concerns, the Paste Extracts are typically administered in half or whole grams. You ordered the RAW Golden Hemp Oil 3000mg CBD+CBDa. A half gram (half-turn) will contain 150mg CBD+CBDa, a full gram (full-turn/full ML mark) will contain 300mg CBD+CBDa. There is a helpful video that shows how to administer at the bottom of the product page.
