Everybody does have a sweet spot for dosing, maybe you didn't find your optimal dose. How many drops are you taking per serving? Per day?​ We would love for you to be able to enjoy CBD, so we want to help you find the best dose for YOU. ​With that, the up-titration method is a trusted method to help with gradually increasing a dose until the most desired results are achieved. If you, by chance, exceed that optimal dose, you can always drop back down to the previous dose. If you take a look at the bottom of the product page, there is a helpful chart that shows how to do this.
