my Endoca shipment of drops and tablets…
my Endoca shipment of drops and tablets to South Africa has been stopped by the authorities. They require Medical Council approval for products. This is impossible for an individual to obtain. Endoca has referred me to the courier UPS to assist. UPS referred me to the Medical Council and port authority which is both government entities. The port authorities do not answer there phone and Medical Council have asked me to fill in a 17-page document and get a medical practitioner letter. I need help but don't know what to do.
