I bought the Hemp Whipped Body Butter/CBD 1500mg. I bought another CBD salve from different company that is 400mg. I figured that 1500mg would be amazing & would work much better than 400mg. Well...it DIDN'T!! The 400mg that I have is vastly superior to the whipped body butter. I am SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund & was promptly told NO. However, they did give me 20% off of my next purchase!!! What a joke....why would I buy something else if I was not satisfied with my original purchase?! I will NOT buy ANYTHING from this company again.

Hi Ivy, We are sorry to hear that the Hemp Whipped Body Butter did not work well for you compared to other brands you have tried. The Body Butter is our least concentrated topical with 1500mg CBD per 100ml. Is it possible that the other brands you have tried were more concentrated? Our most concentrated topical is our Hemp Salve with 750mg CBD per 30ml, this product might be a better option for you. Please note that it is mentioned in our terms and conditions that in order to return a product it must be unopened. We do not offer a product guarantee because we strongly believe that everyone responds differently to CBD. I hope this clarifies some of the issues you have had. Please reach out to our customer care team to see if we are able to help address this issue further. Best regards, ~Kymberli, Endoca

Best CDB product available on the market. Hands down. And on top of it the company is green and progressive in mission and action. What’s not to love!

Service is good but did not help for to control lymphoma or manage its side effects. Instead caused dry skin and acidic burps. Continued to have poor appetite.

I couldn’t even use it when I needed it most, at work, it needs to be refrigerated which is the first company I’ve seen that do. Bottle was TINY! Really not impressed.
Response from EndocaAug 22, 2018
Hi Brittany, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us so far. You can certainly travel to work with our products. You do not need to store in the fridge all of the time, just be sure to keep the products out of direct heat and sunlight. If you do not want to travel with the oil, we do offer other products that are more easy to travel with and more discreet as well. These products would be our CBD Gum and Hemp Oil Capsules. Please feel free to reach out to our customer care team to discuss these other product options. In regards to bottle size, our products are very concentrated. With other companies, you tend to find larger bottles with little CBD. We do not add any fillers or other ingredients to our products which is why we are able to use much smaller bottles compared to other brands. Best regards, ~Kymberli, Endoca

Did not work at all for me. Went to a different company and got complete relief of my back pain. Also the taste is horrible. Tastes like I’m eating a marajuana plant!

Please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] to see if we are able to offer any helpful dosing information. I am thrilled with the results my teenage daughter has felt from using CBD. We had tried another brand, then switched to Endoca after reading reviews. The product is very high quality and the shipping is lightning fast. There is always a coupon code available as well. Couldn't be happier.
