Hi Katie, Based on tracking information, this order shows that it was shipped and delivered. We also emailed you the tracking information when the order was shipped, as we do with all our orders. Regarding the emails, we responded explaining to you the delay in our response, as well as through our live chat icon where we explained again the reason for the delay. You also claimed you had not recieved your order, so we gladly refunded you within minutes of your request. We are available 7 days a week via phone from 8am-6pm PST in our USA office.
