1) The Hemp oil 1500 mg. CBD was shipped by mail and was put in my mailbox last week- one of the hottest times of the year in Florida. After opening the box, I see the product should be refrigerated. Unacceptable. 2) unable to titration up to drops 2 because of the severe headaches I would get. The company does not accept returns. A little flag went up when I researched and found that this company was not recommended, however I ignored it and have lost $129.00. Rebecca

Hi Rebecca, Regarding the mailbox issue, unfortunately once the product is dispatched from our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier company, however that being said its recommended to store the extract in the refrigerator for maximum longevity, however keeping it in a place away from natural light at room temperature is fine if you are using it consistently. Having it sit in the mailbox for a few hours is absolutely no issue, and will not in any way damage the product. Many of our customers receive products in their mailbox, no matter the heat, and are more than happy with the results it produces Regarding your headaches, unfortunately this is something completely out of our control as CBD extracts can have different effects on different people. We actually have a huge amount of our community who use our products FOR migraines and headaches, so unfortunately it sounds like the products react in a less than ideal way. This is usually related to allergies to some of the natural compounds, which can happen with any product that you purchase, whether it be a natural or pharmaceutical product. Everyone is different. We are lucky enough to have a very fantastic, supportive community and a huge array of positive reviews and testimonies out there on the internet, therefore we would love to know which sources tell consumers that we are not recommended, to see if there is some kind of issue or problem that we could perhaps rectify.
