On a friends recommendation, I purchased Endoca's CBD oil to relief my back pain. The oil itself is great and of really high quality. However, the bottle that my oil came in won't tighten to close. I've always kept the bottle upright, and in the refrigerator. I've removed excess oil from the screw top - but the bottle still it unscrews itself, and is always open. Worrying, seen as these oils are easily spoiled, not to mention costly. I've never experienced this problem with any of my other oils, but after explaining my concerns to Endoca's customer services and asking for a replacement, they seemed to imply that I wasn't storing the oil properly. I was offered a discount on my next purchase, but sadly, I won't be ordering again. I replied by explaining how careful I have been with the oil, and insisted that the fault lies in the product, and not my carelessness but received no response.
