Hi Joan, As soon as the parcel is handed for dispatch we send an email that order is complete and follow up with the tracking details. We have sent you an order complete notification on Friday. Sometimes email service providers filter it out instead adding email to the inbox so our customer care team will follow up and send the details once again.
