I bought the 1500 mg hemp capsules in an attempt to calm my anxiety, unfortunately I don't think 50 mgs is enough for my problem but... I would give endova 5 stars when it comes to joint inflamation, very unexpected surprise that my hands felt a 100% better. If you have arthritis this product is effective, no doubt. As far as anxiety is concerned I think a much higher dose may work better. Endova, can we take the dosing up a few notches?

Hi Kelly, We believe in starting low and going slow. Our suggested dosing graph is on our website under each of dour products and gives you a detailed view of our uptritation method. We believe starting with 5-10mg per day and slowly edging up is the best way to find your perfect dose. Perhaps you may need to start at a lower dose before moving up to the 50mg. However, it is wonderful to hear that your arthritis has been positively impacted by using CBD. This is certainly one of its better known benefits!
