Hi there, I’m sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your product. We do our best to be able to provide all of our customers a supportive customer care team. When you receive your product we send a follow up email asking whether you have had all the help you need and if you haven’t, to contact us regarding this, so that we may be able to help you get the most out of your product. The 15% drops are one of our highest percentages. Most who use them with the uptritation method and by starting low and going slow usually finds that they have some kind of results. Hi there, Thanks so much for writing to us with your feedback. I understand how this might be an issue, thank you for letting us know. As you may be aware, our company believes in keeping cannabis extracts as close to natural as possible so we don’t take out any colours, add flavours, or fragrances etc. When it comes to suppositories we advise using them at night so that they can do their work without interrupting your daily life in these ways. I understand how this might not always be an options, however you may also use the suppositories rectally or use capsules, or even the CBD salve directly on your stomach as a topical which may help your issues while allowing you to keep mess free during the day. Please do let us know if you have any more questions or need any more advice on how changing products may be of help to you.
