Hi Nina, I’m sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your product. When it comes to Endoca CBD products I have to tell you that there are no solvents used in our processes as we only use supercritical Co2 extraction. The CBD Crystals;s also only contain 99% pure CBD which we extract ourselves from organic hemp. However, this does not negate the fact that you are experiencing these things, and I must apologise for that. You may find that using the crystals in your smoothies or in your food is a nice way to bypass the negative side-effects you are getting from dabbing the product. We always advise our community that the crystals are for experienced users, as many of our community use the crystals to dab, however you can also use them in food preparation and in drinks and smoothies. Hi Virginie, I’m very sorry to hear that you have had this experience with us. When your body is not used to CBD and you take a high dose, it may have this kind of reaction. Our bodies use CBD best when the CBD is slowly introduced to it, in smaller doses at the start, and then working your way up toward the 50mg you are taking with your capsules. You can actually measure the mg amount of CBD per drop. This product you have has 5mg per drop in it, so if you do decide to open the capsule and use it that way, you know that half the dose is 25 mg and is approximately 5 drops of oil. However I understand that this may be difficult for you to do. I will have our customer care team get back in touch with you about how they may be able to help you get the most out of your product.
