Despite all efforts my packages have not been arriving on time, and the last two shipments(orders) have been missing for nearly a month. There are people in Greece, like myself, who, due to health reasons, are unable to leave their specified address. It is crucial for me that deliveries are made directly to my address. Even big delay are not a big problem if they finally arrived to my address :( For some people, this can become a significant problem, and you from E..... team - should be aware of this even better than I am. "In my opinion, since Endoca officially entered the market, they have offered the best products in this industry. If someone manages to get their products even in Europe, they will be getting the best. This is just my opinion since Endoca was established in Europe.":?

Hi Netjin, I am very sorry for the delay with your recent parcels. As soon as you reported the issue, we took immediate action by escalating the case to UPS and making several urgent requests to ensure your parcels were delivered as quickly as possible. Until they were finally delivered the last week. Additionally, we have issued a refund for the delivery costs. UPS is one of our most trusted partners, but unfortunately, no courier company is perfect, and occasional delays or mistakes can happen. We deliver our products worldwide and choose partners who consistently provide the best results across all regions. We have many satisfied customers globally, including in Greece. Once again, I apologize for the difficulties you experienced. This situation is not typical, and we have raised your concerns with UPS management to prevent future issues in your area. Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need any further assistance. Best Regards, Tina Endoca Team
