I have enjoyed the products full raw cbd 50mg, hemp protein, and raw vitamins and minerals! I just wish the label had individual servings listed on the hemp protein, and how much of everything is in each 1tsp serving.

So wonderful to hear you're a fan of our supplements products. We are looking into updating our labels, however as all the results are based on 100 g and there is 6g per serving size (two teaspoons), you can find the amounts this way.

Pain is a thing of the past
This product is absolutely amazing, without it my sciatica is crippling. Even driving the car is incredibly uncomfortable and painful with my Endoca.
Just two tiny amounts per day, perhaps equivalent to 1 small drop.
I feel amazing and I can cycle pain free and I feel awesome the next day

I would like to inform you that I had ordered for oil which was supposed to be for 150 MG but I got the bottle which had a content of only 30 MG CBD and CBDA though the benefits of the oil is great and I found your oil to be better than joy organics and few others which I used even the local Hemp oil did not relief as much as your oil did but my physician doctor had advised me to take 150 MG I would request if you could send the 150 MG bottle as 30 MG is not giving the same relief as the other one would

Can't see how it can be bad, just need to receive it first. Took a lot longer than expected, but since it's a controversial product travelling borders that's fine. Customer support is amazingly quick and personally helpful.

Taking the raw 3% cbd oil
Taking the raw 3% cbd oil, week 3 and on 3mg a dose, 9mg daily. Is working greatly for anxiety and lessens it by miles although should probably up the dose for better effects.
Can I ask why the reccomended dosage is so low like 1mg - 5mg at a time when most other cbds are 15mg or 20mg recommended dose?
And what if 5mg on week 5 is not enough for me? Should I up it to 10mg or keep going slowly?

And why is it said to take it on an empty stomach with endoca when other cbd companies say full stomach?

Hi L,
We believe in the up-titration method, meaning starting on a low dose to find the correct dosage for your needs. When it comes to CBD, everyone is different, so in order to ensure that you are not going above your own body's CBD requirements, we suggest this method. Some might feel that 1 drop of the 3%, three times per day is quite enough for their body's needs while other people may need far greater doses. Depending on how you take CBD, food may have an influence on the bioavailability of your CBD. Check out this peer reviewed study here for a little more information on that, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/81118. But, in basic terms, we want you to get the most bang for your buck, meaning the best effects from your product, bioavailability of your CBD is an important factor, so taking CBD on an empty stomach if you're using oils or capsules or any CBD that is ingested will ensure that you're getting the best opportunity to have the greatest amount of CBD reaching the places it is needed in the body.
We suggest following the up-titration method where possible, however what is most important is to listen to your body and find what makes sense to you. If you find your dose is too low, you can always try bumping your dose up to 4 drops, three times a day or 5 drops 3 times a day. It's really up to you.
