I recently had a huge scare with my elderly dog finding a mass that my vet was concerned was cancerous. So I ordered 4 bottles of 3% oil almost two months ago without knowing it will take a lot of pushing to eventually get my money back without any products. Since the order was placed within the EU it should have not taken more than a week. Anyway, I ordered the products and paid, my money was taken instantly from my bank account. After two weeks of waiting I've seen that the order turned directly to completed state without any emails, tracking number, nothing. I've contacted the customer support on their chat app to see if the products were shipped since the order was marked as completed and my money was taken from my bank account two weeks prior. I had to explain the whole situation and eventually, the support guy Oscar told me that there was a problem in their system and my payment was not processed but, just at that moment (miracle), everything was ok and my products will be shipped in several days. Skipping two weeks later same story, contacted the customer support, this time spoke with Anna and again I had to explain the same story. This time I was promised that for sure the products will be shipped in several days. After waiting again for a week or two I've contacted again customer support, spoke with another person which I don't remember the name (or i spoke with this person before Anna, I don't remember precisely), had to explain the same story and this time they told me that for the trouble they will give me my money back and send the products (lie). So I'm here after almost two months without any products. Eventualy I got the money back after this third time of pressing them so at least this part was settled. It was frustrating the whole experience because their customer support is truly BAD. For some reason they don't communicate with each other when such problems arise (don't you have emails between you?). And during those chats they were never able to tell me an exact date of shippment, they constantly told me in "several days" or such without any precise number and it felt like they were just trying to put it under the mat. In any case, this was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever seen. What's bad is that I have read good things about their products and wanted to try it for myself to relief some of my pain so I really wanted those. I would try to order again but I'm afraid of the same experience.

Our gum is made out of 100% natural ingredients, so it may differ in texture and flavor to what you're used to with brand name gums. Our gum is softer and smoother, and because it is natural, breaks down faster meaning it is better for the environment too. Many of our customers have found adding store bought gum to their Endoca gum allows them to get the CBD they need without any issue. Perhaps this is something you might like to try? Endoca provides quality customer service. The raw hemp oil is of good quality. Thus far I believe it has really helped my lower back pains.

I have tried other CBD oils and had ok results but Endoca really is powerful. I am taking it for wellness and sleep assist. Just a few drops and I enjoy a full nights sleep. If I take a few drops during day I really seem to focus better calmly.
