Hi Christine, I'm sorry to hear that your 3% Raw CBD oil did not provide you with the results you were looking for to help you with sleep. Our Raw products have been noted to provide our other customers with greater amounts of focus and energy, while our decarboxylated, or heated, products have been said to provide calm and easier relaxation. For this reason, we often explain to our customers that if you are looking for help with calm and relaxation, then our heated products are the ones to go for, rather than our raw selection. You may find that using your Raw products throughout the day, and not taking it a few hours before bed helps you get the results you are looking for, otherwise I suggest trying the heated version, and chatting with our Customer Care agents to help guide you toward the results you are looking for at [email protected]. Hi Michael, We do our best to find the perfect balance between service and cost, and have found that our current delivery service provider provides us with the best between the two. We have in the past tried to offer cheaper postage services, and found that the service provided fell well below the standard that we were willing to have, and which did not compliment our mission, or the importance of our customers actually receiving the products that they order. For this reason we must charge for postage and delivery, but do not charge any more than what we are charged directly from our 3rd party service providers. We hope that this has helped clarify the need for postage fees, however it might be in your interest to do a nice big group order for you, family and friends next time around, as we offer free delivery on orders over £100.
