I started experiencing insomnia with Premenstrual Syndrome about 3 years ago, after a bout of Lymes Disease. I got the CBD oil capsules to help with that, and it certainly does. I am testing to see if I build a tolerance, however. When I was a beginner with CBD oil, I seemed to need a bigger and bigger dosage to help curb my anxiety at work. I can feel good about Endoca's products because they are raw, organic and pharmaceutical grade. I recently purchased the Body Butter, and it has been a post-workout miracle for soreness. I know for a fact if I am ever experiencing chronic pain, I will be turning to Endoca.

after researching extensively, this product came up twice as one to be trusted as to sourcing and manufacturing i must say i am very pleased i bought 3% 10ml and experimented with dosage now i think i've found it i feel calmer i sleep better i bought it to help with pain, but i think i need more time i will continue to use these products

Update - issues with order resolved once company understood issue and refund came through as promised. I decided to order a bottle for CBD oil from this site as I had a discount code. I put the code in and the discount was showing as £18. The website then had postage information and then a final total to pay of £19. Given that price seemed reasonable for a trial purchase I decided to go ahead with the order. I was taken to the page where you enter your card details, which I did, and I then receive confirmation that the total amount I'd paid was £34! I feel totally and utterly conned. I tried to ring the number in the Netherlands on the website. When I got through the receptionist said she keeps getting calls for Endoca, but they are nothing to do with that telephone number. I managed to find another number on an email, in Denmark, but this just rings, and when nobody answers it goes to answerphone. I've tried calling several times throughout the day and nobody answers. As soon as the transaction had gone through I sent an online query and email - unfortunately this hasn't been responded to as yet. I wouldn't have ordered this for £34 in total as I can get a similar product much cheaper. I don't know whether the website was faulty or whether this is standard practice for this company, but either way I would like a full refund processing asap. 21/2/20 - I still haven’t had any assurances that a refund will be processed. Please can someone confirm asap. 22/2/20 - Another day has passed and I've still not received a response or a refund, and the £34 has left my account. It might not be a massive amount, but if your website clearly shows a TOTAL price of £19 and then takes me through to the payment page with no further costs given, I can only assume the total price will be £19. It said £18 discount. Once I paid it said I had received a £4 discount! Your original reply to my complaint said a £3 discount!!!! I would appreciate a quick response to the email I sent you yesterday morning and a FULL refund without any further delay. Thank you

As mentioned in our email with you, while a discount was added, the total price does not include VAT and shipping costs, which are added after the discount, and at the checkout page. Once you're at the checkout page and have input your delivery address, the purchase price is updated to include the shipping costs depending on where you live, and is general practice when ordering online. We also provide a delivery fee estimate so that you are aware of any charges, before you make your purchase. This can be seen in the right-hand corner of the cart page. I must apologise for the issues you were having with the endoca phone number. We recently made design changes to our website, and there was an error made in the phone number that was reuploaded. Thank you for informing us of the error, this has now been corrected. So far so good. I deal with a mental disability, epilepsy and it's been helping keep me more relaxed, which keeps the seizures away. I take the oil for beginners twice a day.
