Hi Fulvia, Unfortunately, due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the ensuing strain this has placed on resources and service providers worldwide, shipping and delivery times are likely to vary, and be delayed. This is not ideal, however it is something that we all must do our best to be as understanding of the situation as possible. I can see on your order that you paid €10 for standard shipping in Europe, so extradited shipping,which costs €32, was not chosen for this particular order. I can however inform you that your shipment has arrived in Barcelona and as of today is awaiting the next stage of delivery to your address. Hi Rich, I'm sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your product or service. We advise all Australian customers via email that their orders may take between 4-6 weeks to arrive, an email that was sent to you on the same day you ordered with us. As you made your order on the 21st of February, and you have just left your review on the 24th of March, this falls within the expected time of delivery of 3-6 weeks. We stick to very strict GMP certified practices within our labs, and manufacturing plants, making the products we create of a super high quality, with very little chance for contamination and corruption, however during packing, a hair may have accidently been trapped and ported inside of the cardboard packaging. For this we must apologise, as we do our utmost to uphold the most strict measures to maintain highest quality standards.
