Hi Cindy, I'm sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the experiences you've had so far. We have taken your experiences and your message seriously, and we are currently in the process of putting changes into place internally for our next production of proteins with your suggested per serving addition to the nutritional information list. I just want to clear something up with you to ensure that there is no miscommunication here. In our initial email we offered a refund of the product, however as the purchase was made 8 months previously, we are unable to make this refund, and is the sole reason as to why we offered you a new product instead. This offer was not made to debase your concerns, as we have taken your concerns very much into account, rather it was offered as a replacement of the refund that we had initially offered.
