Just want to say that product works wonders for everything that ails the caboose shall we say even better than prescription drugs no side effects and the effect is greater and lasts longer

Definitely not organic or hemp
Updating in response to the reply: I've used other pure full spectrum cbd for years. Again, this is not hemp! A replacement would only help if your products were pure. A refund would be great but it would be better if you had sent me pure organic hemp to begin with.
I've been using cbd salves, oil and capsules from another company for a few years now. My dogs use the cbd oil as well. That company has been sold out and my dogs needed oil so I tried this company. I bought the starter pack for beginners because my dogs don't need much and I could use the capsules and the lip balm.
The lip balm is kinda neat! The rest? I have no idea what it even is. It isn't hemp, that much I can guarantee. Imagine licking a dirty ashtray. That is what it tastes like. I wasn't going to give it to my dogs unless I knew it was going to be good for them first. So I tried it. I originally was going to buy the extract but figured I better not spend that much money until I could trust the product. I'm so glad I didn't buy the extract.
I've used multiple forms of cbd from multiple companies. Keep in mind the industry is not regulated when purchasing! I've never had an experience this bad before. I'm tempted to pay to have this tested to see what it actually is. It tastes so incredibly bad. A very strong burned, chemical taste. It gave me a headache within minutes and made me extremely nauseous. I absolutely do not recommend these products.

I'm very sorry to hear that you've had this experience. At Endoca we don't believe in adding anything to our products, and believe that the whole plant is better than CBD alone. For this reason, our products have a particularly strong earthy, hempy flavour. However, for those that aren't a fan, we will soon be releasing products made from cbd 99% with mint and chocolate flavours. When our new products are in stock, we'll send you one to try for yourself, however as you are using it for your dogs, they do not have the same palate as humans, and so we suggest trying the product you have currently, to see if they might be okay to take this one.

After 8 weeks I give Endoca a thumbs…
After 8 weeks I give Endoca a thumbs up. Lower back pain is much less. I'm getting a much better nights sleep. An issue in my rotator cuff has also gone away. Three drops under the tongue before bed.

Poor product with no effect, change of extraction process left me with inferior oil.
I reently bought the raw hemp cbd+cbda 15% and have bought this product many times, unfrtunately when I receieved it I noticed it was a very light colour and had NO effect on me after placing 4 drops under my tongue, I tried 4 nights in a row and still nothing instead it left me feeling agitated. I wrote to the zen support desk only to find out the extraction process has changed and the THC levels have been lowered. Had I known this I would not have purchased this product, this should clearly be stated on the website not after purchasing and complaining. I am very disappointed as the price far outweighs the quality and effect. I shall not be buying again.

Due to changes to regulations in the CBD market , we refined our extractions in order to ensure that our THC values were low for hemp derived CBD products. While this has influenced the color and flavor of the product, the CBD and terpene levels have remained at the same levels as they were before, and can be found in our quality reports on our website.
In saying that, our customers spoke, and we listened! While every bottle and batch we made were extracted from organically-grown, quality hemp, and contain the CBD and terpene content as before, we decided to take your feedback, and return to our previous extractions. These oils will be available once again in just a few weeks, and be sent to all those who preferred the older extracts.

CBD is working very well with my cat with arthritis.
