LIES and poor customer service
Bought a starter pack which had a little vegan icon on the description. When it came I discovered the lip balm had both beeswax and honey. I emailed them about this and the reply was it doesn't say that with a link to the page. Which I followed thinking perhaps I was mistaken but no it did and also the description of the lip balm which admittedly did have the ingredients also had the word vegan in it.

We are currently removing the vegan badge from the starter pack, and are doing a scan of our site to ensure it is not anywhere else that it shouldn't be.
