I received a bottle of something from Lithuania Endoca the size of 15ml and not 150ml. The bottle is neutral, that means I have no idea what is inside. I'm very disappointed in your delivery, is this all I get for 115.00 Euro?????? Regards Eugen Balsiger

Hi Eugen, I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive what you had expected. We have bottles sized 10ml, which is written under each product description on our website. We do not have any larger bottles at this time, however will be looking into 30ml bottles very soon. What you're seeing there is not the millilitre but the milligram amount of CBD in your bottle. You ordered a product that has a total of 1500 milligram of CBD in a 10 millilitre bottle. This turns out to be 150 milligrams of CBD per millilitre of oil (as there is 10ml) = 1500mg per bottle, or in other terms = 15% CBD product. When ordering to your region of the world, we take care to ensure that your products arrive to you as best they can. As CBD products can have some difficulties getting through customs in your region, we send your products in a way that will better ensure their arrival to you! This is why it may take a little extra time to arrive, and why it is packaged in white labels. You can check your product batch number against the quality reports on our website which details everything that can be found in your product. Our products are concentrated, meaning one drop of our product is likely worth the same as one full dropper of other companies' oils. Per single drop of oil, your product contains approximately 5mg of CBD, whereas some companies create larger bottle of oil, with the same amount of CBD in it (and the CBD amount is what you really want, not extra oil in your mouth), requiring you to take a big mouthful of oil to get the same mg amount of CBD that you'd get in one drop of Endoca products. This means you’re getting a higher concentration of CBD and using less product when you use Endoca CBD oil.
