My Order has been marked as completed
My Order has been marked as completed. I have not received any info as to how an when the item was shipped. No Courier information or Tracking Number. Very unprofessional! Update. I now received a reply , however I still think it is not right to marked the order as complete if it has not been send yet or at least provided a tracking number.
