Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support. Instant reply. Very helpful with some specific shipping requests and very knowledgeable about their products. Have not received the product yet, but with that much effort put in customer support I would be very surprised if the product is not satisfying.

I opted for express delivery
I opted for express delivery, while expensive I realise it is international shipping so accepted that. Delivery was very fast but could have been packaged with more protection. I've not used the oil yet but I have used the oil I ordered for my dog (who is on end of life care). I give it to her before bed and she definitely sleeps better.
