Endoca was recommended to us by our doctor for a product to use before some medical work. The site opened raising our expectations for getting a good deal with a spin to win a discount in exchange for giving up our email address. What wasn’t made clear was that the code for the percentage off was only shown on that one screen. It wasn’t automatically applied to our cart or emailed to us. It was also impossible to go back and get it again. So, with hopes up high we were disappointed. The chat helper offered us her personal code for 15%off but that seemed like a shallow fix. Hopefully the product will be great when it comes.
