This is a bait and switch vacation scam! They promised when you book the "deal" that you would be staying in a 4 star hotel. I bought the Savannah Ga package and one of the promised hotels out of the 3 was the Marriott on the river along with the other 2. When it came time to book I was offered a Red Roof Inn comparable room with expensive upgrade choices. They refuse to refund the money because of a 3 day policy. Fraud has no term limits! BUYER BEWARE!

I can't even book, without joining the "VIP" club, free for 30 days then $14.99/month. I also had to agree to promotional telephone calls.

I remember the call with their phone solicitor well when I replied to an online offer of a discounted stay at the Paramount hotel in Seattle. It all sounded good. After making my "reservation," the phone solicitor told me that as a condition of my reservation for the discounted rate, I would have to sit through a sales presentation, and pay a $150 deposit. She also attempted to upsell me to another property. It all sounded very fishy to me. I told her to just cancel the entire thing. Then, a few weeks later, I received an email notice that my credit card had charges against it for a "subscription." After I contacted them, they canceled the subscription, but they refused to refund the funds they charged on my credit card.

There should be a disclaimer that you need to book your travel more than 3 months in advance in order to get a room. Vastly oversold. Very disappointing. I will not use this service again.

This was a scam from the beginning, however I tried to trust them and I got the runaround for 15 months from their booking staff including Luis .It is impossible to actually book a hotel. They say it’s not available , somebody else has taken that booking? Oh really.? I have tried at least six times to book a hotel sometimes last minute sometimes with lots of months in advance, I get the same runaround….. I would avoid this at all costs, never do business with ENDLESS LUXURY. All you get is endless excuses! I am actually taking them through to BBB.

I bought multiple packages including the 555 package over a year now and have been unable to book a getaway. The platform is not user friendly and even when I have tried to call them multiple times it is impossible to speak to someone to address these issues. Last night I called and tried to express my frustration with the service and the representative just hung up on me. I called back immediately and she answered did not say a word and hung up again. I know because I could hear her activity in the background. I am starting to think i have been scammed out of my hard earned money with a promise of value and it is not pleasant at all. I am writing this review so that no one else encounters what I have had to go through. Its such a shame that they would take advantage of people who work hard and just want a getaway to refresh and take a break from it all.

Booked a travel package with this company and later discovered I had been enrolled into an ongoing monthly membership subscription that had been charging my card since September 2025. While the company states the terms were accepted during checkout, the recurring subscription arrangement wasn't presented clearly or in transparent manner. When I contacted customer support, they did cancel the membership promptly and confirmed no further charges would occur. However, they refused to provide any refund for the charges already processed, despite me explaining I did not knowingly intend to sign up to an ongoing membership. My advice to others is not to book through this company. Disappointing experience overall.

Statt eines Luxushotels waren wir in einem discount Hotel ohne room Service und einem überteuerten Frühstück nach dem man den Tisch selbst abräumen sollte. Die Firma sollte sich in „endless embarrassing“ umbenennen.
