Encrypt.meReviews of encrypt.me

Encrypt me is easy to use and affordable. I have a monthly pass that I use for my laptop, phone and iPad. My husband who only uses unsecured networks on vacation gets a weekly pass. Once we had trouble getting the VPN to work when attempting to use a hotel network. Tech support was available to help.

I keep telling you the same thing every time I'm asked: when it works, it's great. I've gotten used to when it doesn't work. I have better luck with my phone than I do with my computer.

I use Encrypt.me on all my devices. It works great. I’m able to configure it the way I want.

Fast and easy to use, but sometimes it inexplicably fails to connect and I have no idea what to do other than "turn it off".

No problems...all good!

I have a terrible time getting your product to seamlessly start and connect me to the internet. Often it won't connect to a website at all and/or I don't have internet connectivity. If I go into settings and change the location of the server your product is using, it will sometimes work. What a pain. It used to work well. I keep wondering why I am paying for it.

I haven’t used the software for more than a year. Connectivity, regardless of which server I chose, slowed to a veritable crawl, directly affecting productivity, so I now use another service. Despite being told this twice before, Encrypt.me continues to believe I’m a customer and asks me to rate them. Their inability to make the necessary adjustment to their customer database may explain their inability to provide acceptable response time.

I paid my yearly fees Last month encrypt me was offf my phone Where did you go????
