I trust Encrypt.me including the support staff I have dealt with over the years; however, the company has changed ownership a number of times and that concerns me. I would like to see more product development.

I'd love to have a pre-configured router so we didn't have to address this on the tv's, phone, etc. However, it really isn't that big of an issue and when we're out we have to address each phone anyway. The service works great! thanks so much. Jeff k

Great service, did not have any problems for 3 years.

I've been pleased with the service over the first two months of my subscription.

The app habitually locks me out of my internet connection. When I open the app, it says I am not connected to the internet. I end up having to reinstall the profile at least once every two to three weeks.

I used Encrypt.me since Cloak. Love tech support, servers, and apps, especially on the iPhone. Want more options to change Google DNS to something more private, as an option.

Good customer support. Very responsive. Can use on multiple devices. Easy to use

A great product and has actively sought to find a way to manage the challenges created by some public wifi. It’s not perfect but it’s simply a matter of selecting the experimental option. At least I’ve found this to help provide a VPN service when using “problematic” public wifi services like at airports and shopping centres.
