I bought 4 black kims and they sent 3 kims. Because I live in Indonesia and I sent the bags through a cargo company, I just received the box after more than 1 months. The box was in a good condition, sealed, but in the shipping invoice was written that they sent 3 kim bags, but there was no notification from smaak that they sent 3 bags instead of 4 bags, and I did not receive any refund at all. I tried to report this problem by email but they replied that I was too late to complain and therefore the case was closed.

Al 2x een bestelling geplaatst en telkens heel tevreden over zowel de service als de producten! Levering ging telkens heel snel en met regelmatige updates en de producten zelf zijn ook van een goeie prijs/kwaliteit. Ik kan Smaak zeker aanbevelen!

How disappointing in the customer service, after an honest feedback of my recent purchase. For the price of the bag I wasn’t “wowed” after receiving it. Used it outside maybe twice no scrape, scratches nothing wanted to see what the return policy was / store credit ( something to make me want to continue being a customer) but after a reply “ how annoying you don’t like the product” . Just wow! Next time I’m in the market of purchasing a new bag I can spend my €300 elsewhere.
