I bought 4 black kims and they sent 3 kims. Because I live in Indonesia and I sent the bags through a cargo company, I just received the box after more than 1 months. The box was in a good condition, sealed, but in the shipping invoice was written that they sent 3 kim bags, but there was no notification from smaak that they sent 3 bags instead of 4 bags, and I did not receive any refund at all. I tried to report this problem by email but they replied that I was too late to complain and therefore the case was closed.
