Each study has different eligibility criteria set by our research clients, so unfortunately receiving an invitation doesn’t always mean you’ll qualify. Regarding account restrictions, we take those decisions seriously and review accounts individually based on activity on our platform. Hi Adam, we completely understand why this would be frustrating, especially after trying four different studies. Each study on Emporia is run for a different research project, and our clients set their own qualification criteria. Those criteria can go well beyond information we already know about you, like age or employment status. For instance, they may be looking for experience with a particular product, responsibility for certain business decisions, or any number of other study-specific requirements. Unfortunately, we don’t always have visibility into those criteria when invitations are sent. That said, we know repeatedly answering screening questions only to be disqualified isn’t a great experience, and we appreciate the feedback.

We reviewed our records and can see that you’ve successfully participated in a number of studies with Emporia and have been paid over $200 in incentives for your participation. Each study has its own eligibility criteria set by our research clients, so unfortunately qualifying for some studies doesn’t mean you’ll qualify for every one. If there are specific surveys you believe you were incorrectly disqualified from, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to review them. As for other participants’ accounts, account restrictions are reviewed individually, so we’re unable to comment on your friends’ accounts based on your review.

Hi Ekh, we reviewed our records using the email address you provided with this review and cannot find any record of you completing 31 surveys with Emporia. In fact, we don't have any records for any participation history associated with that email address. We take claims of unpaid participation seriously, so if you participated using a different email address, please contact [email protected] with that email and the names or dates of the studies you completed. We’ll be happy to investigate. We also want to be clear that Emporia does not purchase positive Trustpilot reviews in India or anywhere else. Given that we cannot currently verify the participation described in this review, we’d appreciate you providing the information necessary for us to substantiate your claims.

As mentioned in previous communications, we noticed activity on your account indicating that you have taken, or attempted to take, surveys for professional audiences that do not match your background or experience. This includes surveys targeting, among others: - Building materials contractors - Insurance providers - Corporate fleet managers - Financial advisors - Office managers in hospitals -Lawyers - K-12 teachers - Accountants - HVAC salespeople - Hotel managers As mentioned in previous communications, participating in surveys outside of your genuine professional expertise is a violation of our Terms of Participation, which require respondents to provide accurate information and only participate in studies for which they legitimately qualify.
