Empire TacticalReviews of empiretacticalgear.com

I ordered a pair of boots through this company, an order which I unfortunately had to cancel because they would not arrive before I needed them. When I emailed them to discuss my order, they were helpful, professional, and quick to respond, even going above and beyond by gathering a list of the boots they had in stock that met the specifications I needed. Though I did not end up buying a pair of boots from this company and can't speak on the quality or sizing of their products, I would absolutely recommend them because they have such good customer service. One thing I noticed about most of the negative reviews about this company on this site: Many people seem to have ordered from a completely different company, Empire Tactical USA, gotten the two mixed up when they had questions about their order, and then left a bad review with the wrong company. The link to the correct company's website, Empire Tactical (the one I ordered from and the one this Trustpilot page is for), is empiretacticalgear.com. I hope this helps clear up some of the confusion!

I’ve actually received my package so that means that most of these reviews are actually probably referring to a different company. I bought an alpha industries black woodland camo jacket and it has arrived in very good mint condition. The shipping time was atrocious but that was because of an error on the company’s end and then because of the couriers being slow. EMPIRE TACTICAL GEAR IS SAFE TO BUY FROM I CAN CONFIRM
