Some treat acquiring businesses like posting tshirts on Amazon. Others merely give you the contact infomation of the seller's broker. Empire Flippers is different. VERY different. First, it is not easy to get your business listed on Empire. Their pre due diligency they conduct prior to accepting a listen will weed out a high percentage of the scams and rubbish out there. Next, they have a system in place that is phenomenal once you put in an offer. Prior to acceptance, you may talk to the seller and discuss whether it's viable to move forward to negotiations. Once you've negotiated a deal, Empire is always there in the background to help and advise. Ashley was incredible in setting up an introductory call and making sure we were all on the same page. The due diligence was made easy. And again, Empire is always there to help. Once you move forward to the migration and contracts, they will give you space or will assist as needed. They are so knowledgeable and so eager to help. I never once felt any pressure. Finally, they make sure you've dotted every I and crossed every T before the deal is closed.
