I had a very good experience and it all started with my phone call with Priscilla. I had filled out basically the entire ESA form and right before payment i turned my phone off and got shied away. Then Priscilla called which she confirmed some information and then the sales approach came which wasnt aggressive more informative then really trying to sell me and got a good understanding on what i was looking for. She gave me a discount on the package i picked which made me very happy i didnt pull trigger initially but my dog is now a registered emotional support dog and i couldnt be more thankful for my experience.
