Response from Emitha LLCAug 12, 2026
UPDATE: Jacob, I’m going to respond to this personally because what you’ve written is genuinely concerning to us. We take criticism seriously. We really do. If someone has a bad experience with Emitha, we want to know about it, understand what happened, and do everything we reasonably can to make it right. That is how we have built this company. What makes this review so troubling is that we cannot find any record of you being a client of ours, and when we reached out through Trustpilot to ask for information that would allow us to identify your account and understand what happened, you chose not to provide it. That leaves us with some very serious questions........ You claim that we use AI and artificial streams. We do not. In fact, our entire company was built around doing the opposite. PERIOD. We created Emitha because we had personally seen the damage that artificial promotion and fake streams can do to artists. We have always been very clear about that, and it's in our mission statement... More importantly, we work directly with our clients. We get on Zoom and Google Meet calls with them. We talk to them, learn about their music, discuss their goals, and build campaigns around real audiences. Anyone who has actually worked with us knows this. You also claim that our service caused your song to be removed because of artificial streams. That simply does not line up with how our Meta advertising campaigns work. We use legitimate advertising to put music in front of targeted audiences. We are not generating artificial streams, and we have no mechanism through which our service would create the kind of activity you are describing. And this is the part I struggle with most: we have searched our records and have not worked with anyone named Jacob, or anyone matching the information you've provided, in the past year. So if you really are a former client and something happened to you, I genuinely want to know about it. Give us your name, your artist name, the email associated with your account, or simply reach out to us directly. We will look into it. But if you have never been a client of ours, then I ask you to consider the seriousness of publicly making claims about a company, its employees, and the way we conduct our business when you have never actually experienced our service. We are proud of what we've built at Emitha. We are proud of the artists we've helped, and we stand behind the way we do business. If you are a real client with a real issue, our door is open. We will listen, investigate it, and help if we can. But we cannot quietly accept accusations about our company that simply aren't true. ORIGINAL REPLY: Hi Jacob, We aim to deliver transparent, high-quality promotional reach for every release, and we regret that this campaign felt below your expectations. We also want to clarify that our team is 100% human. We’re a close-knit group of artists who personally review, set up, and manage our clients' campaigns and support. If you’d like to email us to review your campaign data in detail, please reach out to [email protected]. We’re always here to help.
