We make each prosthetic by hand from premium platinum-cure silicone, and every item is inspected before it ships. A piece giving years of regular use is actually exactly the longevity we design for — but if something has genuinely gone wrong, we absolutely want to make it right. Regarding the silicone rod: please rest assured that your model does include it. The rod is permanently integrated and cast directly inside the prosthetic during manufacturing for a realistic feel—it is not shipped as a separate, removable piece. We also apologize for the delivery changes. We use UPS because they are typically very reliable, but once a package is in transit, unexpected carrier delays can occasionally happen. We will be looking into what caused this specific delay with UPS. Most importantly, we want to address the wrong color. This is our top priority. Update: We followed up and asked for order details so we could help, but received no response, and we still cannot find any order, email, or message under this name.
