This means we do not keep pre-made items in stock, and once a product is crafted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Dear Lukman, Thank you for your review, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with customs in India. According to our system, all three of your past orders have been marked as delivered, but I understand this does not match your current experience. I want to take this opportunity to explain the situation that can arise with shipments to India. We apply the necessary import taxes during the purchase process on our website so that our customers don’t have to pay additional fees when the parcel arrives in their country. However, there are times when Indian customs may hold or even dispose of parcels they believe contain prohibited items, including adult content. Unfortunately, it can be extremely challenging to explain to customs officials that the product in question is a medical prosthetic, not a sex toy. While we do our best to provide all the required documentation, we are sometimes unable to prevent these misunderstandings from occurring. We deeply regret that this has happened in your case.
