Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry for the experience you had. A missed meeting with no follow up call back is not how we operate, and I understand why that raised concerns. I'd like to look into exactly what happened on our end. Could you send over the company name, the date and time of the scheduled meeting, and the number you called, either as a reply here or to [email protected]? We want to identify what went wrong and make it right. We take meetings and commitments seriously, and this isn't reflective of how we operate day to day.

I know this review is from a while back, and I'm sorry it went unanswered this long, that's on us. A 73 day wait against our stated 30 day terms is not acceptable, and I hope this got resolved for you since then.
