I'm sorry the call experience felt frustrating rather than helpful. Our system asks a few quick questions upfront so we can route calls efficiently and make sure the right rep has the details they need before jumping on the line, but if it felt like it was just getting in your way, that's feedback we want to hear. Could you share roughly when you called? We'd like to look at that specific interaction and see where the process could move faster for you. We want calling in on a load to be quick and worth your time, and we appreciate you telling us when it isn't.

Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry for the experience you had. A missed meeting with no follow up call back is not how we operate, and I understand why that raised concerns. I'd like to look into exactly what happened on our end. Could you send over the company name, the date and time of the scheduled meeting, and the number you called, either as a reply here or to [email protected]? We want to identify what went wrong and make it right. We take meetings and commitments seriously, and this isn't reflective of how we operate day to day.

I know this review is from a while back, and I'm sorry it went unanswered this long, that's on us. A 73 day wait against our stated 30 day terms is not acceptable, and I hope this got resolved for you since then.
