From our communication, it appears that the issue is related to opening the DST embroidery file. A DST file is a machine embroidery format intended for use with compatible embroidery machines or embroidery software. It cannot normally be opened like a standard image, PDF, or document file without appropriate embroidery software. We are happy to help you identify the correct file format for your embroidery machine or provide guidance on how to use the files. We always mention to try-test before using the actual product to avoid material waste. In some cases, embroidery requires some minor changes according to the cloth and thread type that is used for embroidery. Please contact us at our email and Share what is the issue with design. I hope you know PES file is not readable by computer, it required embroidery software to open file is computer. PES file will work on embroidery machine. You are unable to copy your design to a flash drive. ​ Here is a simple step to copy file to flash drive. step 1: select downloaded design file and right click. step 2: left click on the 'copy' option step 3: open flash drive (or folder where you want to paste) step 4: right click on empty space step 5: Select 'paste' The design file will be copied.
