Not how it used to be
2 weeks ago, I would have given Embroidery Designs a 5. Have done business with them (purchasing designs) for years with no issues and great customer service. After a lull of a couple years, I have returned. Simple design purchases were as always. Then I tried things a bit more complex. Customer service is now awful. Impossible to talk to someone, always get directed to email. Now trying to resolve a $60 range discrepency - this rating is subject to change based on the outcome.
