Regarding the OVA software, our support team is always available to investigate installation or compatibility issues, and in many cases we are able to resolve them through troubleshooting or by providing alternative access methods. We would also like to clarify that your saved payment method is not stored by emanuals.com. All payment information is securely tokenised and managed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. For security reasons, we do not have access to your full card details or store them ourselves. With regard to membership access, cancellation stops future renewals but also ends access to the membership benefits, as outlined in our membership terms at the time of cancellation. Customers are required to select their preferred membership plan and then confirm the upgrade through an additional confirmation step before the payment is processed. It is therefore not possible for a membership to be activated accidentally with a single click. We also understand your concerns regarding the annual membership. While our refund policy applies once access has been activated, we can see that you still have time remaining on your membership. Rather than let that go to waste, we would be happy to reinstate your membership so you can make full use of everything you have already paid for, including access to our full library and support from our technical team. If the manual you downloaded is missing the information you were looking for, please contact our support team. We reviewed the audit logs across both of our independent systems, which record all membership activity. Both systems show the same cancellation timestamp, and they do not show a cancellation during the free trial period. The cancellation was recorded after the trial had ended. While we acknowledge that you provided a screenshot which has no date or time, we have to rely on the verified audit records generated by our systems when reviewing account activity. We would like to clarify that a business email address is not required to manage or cancel an emanuals.com membership. Customers simply log into the same account they used when registering, regardless of whether it is a personal or business email address. Memberships are managed directly from the customer’s account. Hi Stanislav, We’re sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience. We’ve reviewed the Yamaha manual you referenced and can confirm that it is currently working correctly. We were able to access both the preview and the full view available to trial members without encountering the reported 505 error. Your account started a 3-day free trial on 12 June 2026 and automatically converted to a monthly membership on 15 June 2026, in line with the terms presented during sign-up. Your membership has since been canceled, preventing any future charges. Whilst we appreciate that technical issues can occur, we would always encourage members to contact our support team with screenshots or error details so that we can investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Although we’re unable to offer a refund, we’d still be happy to reactivate your access so you can make use of the membership period you’ve paid for and access the Yamaha manual again.
