However, ZIP and OVA files are exclusive to paid members, and that is clearly indicated on the product page. We always aim to make this as transparent as possible. Regarding your billing, you opted to upgrade to the monthly plan, so the charge was processed. We don’t charge for the free trial; rather, the charge happens once you upgrade to a paid membership, giving you full access to all resources, including the ability to download manuals offline. We understand that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience. As mentioned in our terms, once the membership is active and services have been used, we are unable to offer refunds.
