CREDITS GONE, NO SUPPORT I have given this company2 months+ to correct this issue they have not. the issue: We purchased 1 million credits 2 times a week they dispear and reset to 1000-2000 leaving us with the inability to verify for those days that the credits are gone. Then they correct it out them back and then the next day or two they are gone again. This has been happening for 2 months now

After testing multiple similar platforms, this platform is - by far - the most inaccurate. Even if you process the same leads multiple times, you'll get completely different outcomes. And yes, I've contacted them about it, but even after sending 5+ messages, I haven't had a proper response for 3-4 weeks. It doesn't seem like the right business.

Worthless tool, files are empty or I can't upload, waste of time and money

This tool is a joke. It got bugs every time I use it. Never once have I tried logging into this tool without issues. It blows my mind because this is not a complex tool at all.

Although for the most part, the service works, there have been several occasions that the tool has not worked, and I've still been charged the credits, and have had to ask for the credits to be refunded (which they were) when in reality, they should be refunded as a matter of process if the service didn't work. I feel like the service may well be dead at this point, as their website still has a copyright date of 2021, and more importantly, links for Privacy Policy, Terms of use and GDPR don't work! This in itself is alarming, I did raise this with the only person that ever appears to manage the live chat, and was assured this would be fixed ASAP, however, that was a week ago and the links still don't work.
