Buyer Beware I strongly recommend avoiding this service. I purchased a 5-million-credit plan through AppSumo, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The same list can produce different results when filtered, and I’ve experienced bounce rates of 10–15%, which has caused my newsletter campaigns to be automatically disabled. Recently, I haven’t even been able to download my lists—the platform returns an error saying the server folder cannot be found. What’s even more concerning is that, over the past few days, their support information has disappeared from the website, and the in-app chat option is no longer available. I also tried contacting Brian’s email, support, and help addresses, but all three emails bounced back. At this point, it appears the service may no longer be properly supported. Think twice before purchasing. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

The tool is not working due to server issues. Their customer support is completely unresponsive.

I bought 1 million validation credits via appsumo. The validation is inaccurate and as of a month ago the system used up my credits without producing any results. I tried to contact support. No response. Now I see them marketing a new service so they don't have to honor the deals they made through appsumo that's just shady AF.

It just gives an error that the folder on the server can't be found. As of 3 days ago, they completely removed their support information from the website and the chat at the bottom right of the app is gone. I tried emailing brian@ (I used to get their newsletters from this email), support@ and help@ and all 3 email addresses bounced back. It looks like they've cut their losses and run. DO NOT BUY!

Bought 10K credits and never received them. I can't contact them. Scam! I would like to get my money back or get my credits.

AVOID I purchased the top plan on AppSumo and the site doesn't even work for me. Support are avoiding my emails, and AppSumo refuse to give me a refund. Shame on you.

I purchased from them a lifetime plan and started using it, First of all, it has errors and a 100% valid list getting a 20% bounce rate. After 2 weeks their website id down and then my credits decreased from 1 million to 828 emails only, I was shocked and tried to reach their support and ask for credits or a refund they never responded. Now the surprising news is that! They bought fake reviews from their review sellers. Look at all the people who leave reviews on TrustPiolet, Only have 1 review in all of their Trustpilot history that they gave to this fake shity company. NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM
