ElsiuReviews of elsiu.com

They made exchanges very convenient when an item I ordered just didn't work for me and I wanted to trade with them. Cute merchandise.

I LOVE MY DRESS AND HOW IT WASHES AND FLOWS

I love my two dresses. Thank you

A little slow oh delivery but seem to be quality items and run true to size

nice dress! I like that they send it fast and the transaction was very smooth

The dresses were very poor quality and not true to size. I requested a full refund and wanted to return them. I was offered multiple amounts to keep product and refused. They advised if I were to return it would be a long cumbersome and expensive process to return to India; however, the return address on the original package was Ontario, Canada. After weeks and weeks of hassling with them over the refund I sadly accepted their offer just to be done with them. This type of poor customer service is unacceptable. Please everyone read the reviews before you purchase anything from this website!!!!

I need to return one of the dresses but there are no return instructions give. Please provide those as quickly as possible.

Received items when Elsiu mentioned. Love my order. Fits well. Clothing is different and unique from most and affordable.
